All products shown on our website are subject to availability. Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure that all descriptions and photographic representations of the products are accurate, images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, modify or remove any special offers through our website at any time.
Please be advised that our products may contain allergens, including: milk, eggs, soy, nuts and gluten.
Placing an online order
When placing an online order with us you are requested to read and consent to these terms and conditions. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions please contact us or call us on 01485 297070 before you place an order. You must be over 16 to place an order, or over 18 in the case of products containing alcohol.
Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will only take place once we have confirmed your credit or debit card authorisation for your order. We reserve the right to decline any order that you place. If we, for any reason, do not accept or cannot fulfill your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. If we have taken payment you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date, unless prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date as a result of such circumstances, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We will deliver the products to the address that you provide us. Delivery will be completed once we have delivered the products to said address.
If nobody is available the arranged delivery address to receive your order then we will follow any alternative delivery instruction you may have given or attempt to leave your products in a safe place. If this is not possible, our carrier will leave a note advising of where your products have been returned to, and how to either arrange a re-delivery or collection in person.
If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your product, or you receive an incorrect product, simply contact us to return your order and we will arrange a prompt replacement, refund or exchange.
